Above, Me, Below

So it goes like this:

You make a carrot pointing to the person above you ( ^ ) and say something about them.
Then you make a carrot pointing to yourself ( < ) and say something about yourself.
Finally, you make a carrot pointing to the person who will be below you once they respond ( V ) and say something about them.

If you fit into the statement marked by the down carrot, you may post.

Kinda self-explanatory, right?

Really simple! And here goes nothing...
